These terms cover your use of this website, our 14 day trial offer, our membership agreements, and our text messaging program. By using this site, submitting a form, or giving us your mobile number, you agree to them.
This website and the services described on it are operated by MAD AVL LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as MADabolic Asheville. MADabolic Asheville is an independently owned and operated MADabolic franchise. MADabolic Asheville, not the franchisor, is responsible for the offers, memberships, and services described here.
Trial fee. If you are not satisfied with your trial, contact us and we will refund the $14 fee. Email [email protected] or call (828) 845-4572.
Memberships. Membership cancellation terms depend on the agreement you sign:
Written notice can be sent to [email protected]. Dues continue through the notice period and access continues for that same period. Membership dues already billed are not refundable.
Freezes. Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months at $25.00 per month. Freeze requests must be made in writing before the next billing date.
Your signed membership agreement is the controlling document. Where anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Membership dues are billed on a recurring schedule through our payment provider using the payment method on file. It is your responsibility to keep that payment method current. Declined payments may result in a suspension of access until the balance is settled.
Strength and conditioning training carries inherent risk of injury. You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program. By participating, you confirm you are physically able to take part and you accept that risk. Tell your coach about any injury, condition, pregnancy, or limitation before class so training can be adjusted. Our coaches are fitness professionals, not medical providers, and nothing we provide is medical advice.
We ask members and guests to arrive on time, follow coach instruction, respect equipment and other members, and treat staff with courtesy. We may end a session or a membership for conduct that puts others at risk or disrupts the studio.
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from MADabolic Asheville. These may include class reminders, account notices, and promotional offers.
