Information you give us. First and last name, email address, mobile phone number, emergency contact details, any health or fitness information you choose to share with us, billing information handled by our payment provider, and the content of messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.

• Respond to trial requests, questions, and membership inquiries
• Book and confirm classes, intro sessions, and consultations
• Send billing, account, and service notifications
• Send promotional messages where you have given consent
• Process payments and maintain membership records

4. Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from MADabolic Asheville. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (828) 845-4572. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers who help us deliver those messages, and those providers are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

5. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We use cookies and tracking pixels on this site, including tools provided by Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These tools help us understand how the site is used and measure the performance of our advertising. They may also be used to show you our ads on other platforms.

• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our members, staff, or business.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, member information may transfer as part of that transaction.

7. How long we keep it

We keep membership and billing records for as long as you are a member and afterward as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Marketing contact information is kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it.

8. Your choices

• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction, or deletion. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we do not control, including madabolic.com and our scheduling and payment providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
